Need an Official Docket or Record?
These are the usual starting points for Columbia County requests:
- A Superior docket: begin with the clerk's case lookup route, then ask the Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Courts if the public display is incomplete
- A court date or setting: review the court dates and the assigned judge's current calendar, then confirm a changed setting with the court
- Certified copies: order them from the clerk who holds the case, because a website summary is not a certified record
- A civil or criminal matter: use the civil docket search or criminal docket search that matches the Superior case type
- Traffic or city records: follow the traffic ticket route to Probate, Grovetown Municipal Court, Harlem Municipal Court, or another issuing court
